J.Crew in Chandler, AZ seeks an Associate Manager to join the leadership team. You will drive profitability by fostering genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching team performance and stepping into other roles as needed.

You will manage a designated division, recruit and train, and partner with the Store Director to create a collaborative environment. You will ensure goals are exceeded and provide best-in-class service with flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Partner with Store Director and management team to curate a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

Job Summary

As an Associate Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. • Have 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.

• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
