Job description

We are seeking an entry-level Associate Maintenance Technician to join our overnight service team. This position supports preventative maintenance operations for a commercial HVAC company specializing in refrigeration, coil cleaning, duct cleaning, and power washing—alongside several other service lines.

You’ll work as part of a team traveling in company vehicles to local retail and commercial sites once facilities close for the night. Roughly 1–2 nights per month, out-of-state travel will be required for special projects. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and eager to learn technical skills in a fast-paced field environment.

Assist in performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems

Support coil cleaning, duct cleaning, and power washing tasks

Safely use tools, ladders, and cleaning equipment to access rooftop or ceiling units

Follow instructions and work alongside lead technicians on assigned tasks

Ensure job sites are cleaned and organized before departure

Adhere to safety procedures and company standards during all site visits

Complete required documentation accurately after each job

Participate in 1–2 overnight out-of-state trips per month (travel arranged by company)

Requirements

Must be able to lift-up-to 50 lbs and work on rooftops or ladders

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments

Must be dependable and able to work overnight shifts

Good team player with strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license preferred

HVAC interest or prior experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
