Shift and Schedule: We currently have an opening on 1st Shift. This role is primarily Monday - Friday with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Compensation: This is a full-time, Non-Union position with a starting pay of between $33.00 - $41.00 per hour. Actual placement within this range depends on experience and skills.

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Planner, you will independently prioritize and plan maintenance work to optimize technician effectiveness. Your responsibilities include analyzing maintenance history, utilizing technical data sources to improve processes, and planning proactive maintenance via the CMMS. You will collaborate with maintenance leaders to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance, playing a key role in plant maintenance initiatives.

What You Will Do:
  1. Prioritize, plan, and support maintenance activities, coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
  2. Assist with maintenance history analysis and root cause investigations.
  3. Contribute to continuous process improvements in maintenance operations.
  4. Manage CMMS, inventory, and purchasing needs.
  5. Document and improve maintenance tasks and processes with various teams.
  6. Analyze maintenance performance and generate KPIs.
  7. Manage technical documentation for plant equipment.
  8. Support daily management systems and develop PMs, spare parts lists, and strategies.
  9. Coach and train maintenance professionals.
  10. Coordinate contractor work and manage repair policies.
  11. Ensure timely completion of CCP PMs and continuous improvement of maintenance plans.
  12. Conduct weekly audits and report on downtime and work orders.
  13. Maintain operational equipment like boilers and compressors.
  14. Participate in floor activities, including start-ups and maintenance days.
  15. Conduct daily face-to-face communication with line mechanics for planning.
  16. Create daily work plans and manage the Maintenance Day Program.
  17. Maintain work order information and manual documentation.
  18. Assist with changeovers and service agreement records.
Total Rewards:
  • Pay starting between $33.00 - $41.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years maintenance planning experience preferred.
  • Experience with CMMS and SAP preferred.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, email, and databases.
  • Strong communication skills for technical information.
  • Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
  • Teamwork, flexibility, reliability, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop maintenance documentation and standards.
