Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow operating manuals and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.

Skills

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Ability to work with small precision parts

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
2. Operate machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.
3. Assist in the basic setup and calibration of equipment as needed.
4. Load component materials into product-specific tools and perform finishing operations.
5. Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
6. Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements.
7. Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
8. Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
9. Perform other functions as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 0-1 year operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Other: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Pay Range: $19.75 - $25.01
