Job summary

Integer seeks a diligent operator to operate and monitor production machinery. You will participate in basic setup and calibration, load components into tools, and perform finishing operations under supervision.

The role requires reading blueprints, following manuals, and maintaining quality through careful inspections. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of manufacturing experience, are comfortable with small precision parts, and can follow detailed instructions.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization's product. May be involved in the basic set-up, calibration and maintenance of equipment and/or perform finish operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $18hr Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer's success. Our compensation program includes base wages, a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy, overtime pay, shift differentials, and call-in pay, when applicable. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
