Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in Salem, VA is seeking an entry-level production operator to operate and monitor machines used in the company’s manufacturing process.

The role includes basic set-up and calibration, blueprint reading, handling small precision parts, following manuals and procedures, and keeping machinery clean and ready for production. Base pay ranges $18–$22 per hour with a $3 shift differential, plus a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts and follow detailed instructions.

• Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.

• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.

The primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the
organization’s product. May be involved in the basic set-up, calibration and maintenance of equipment and/or
perform finish operations.

Pay Rate: $18hr-22hr

Shift Differential: $3hr
