Qualifications

• Minimum 0-1 year experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical schooling preferred for better understanding of machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery under supervision and assist in setup and calibration.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance to requirements.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Adhere to Company Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
2. Operate machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision.
3. Assist in basic setup and calibration of equipment.
4. Load component materials into product-specific tools and perform finishing operations.
5. Read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
6. Visually and dimensionally inspect parts to ensure conformance to requirements.
7. Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
8. Clean and maintain machinery as necessary.
9. Perform other functions as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational schooling preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 0-1 year operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Other: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.

Pay Range: $19.75 - $25.01
