Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in production, including basic setup, calibration, and maintenance, as well as performing finish operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company safety, quality, and core beliefs.
• Operate manufacturing machinery with close supervision.
• Assist in setup and calibration of equipment.
• Load components and perform finishing operations.
• Follow operating manuals and maintenance procedures.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Maintain documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Clean and maintain machinery as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 0-1 year experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and work with small precision parts.
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions.
