Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an Associate Machine Operator on first shift in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role operates and monitors production machines, performs basic setup and maintenance tasks, and ensures quality throughout manufacturing.

You will read manuals and blueprints, handle small precision parts, and document activities per SOPs. The position offers competitive hourly pay and a path for skill expansion within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints with basic training.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations, company policies and procedures.
• May be involved in the basic setup of equipment.
• Loads component materials into product-specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, SOPs and process control documents.
• Inspects parts visually or dimensionally to confirm conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Completes required documentation.
• Participates in team activities focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as needed.
• Expands skill base through training and cross-training and job rotations.

Associate Machine Operator Overview

The primary purpose of the Associate Machine Operator is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. May be involved in the basic set-up, and preventative maintenance of equipment and/or perform finish operations.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• May be involved in the basic set-up of equipment.
• Loads component materials into product specific tools and/or performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures. Work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOP), process control documentation (PCD).
• Inspects parts visually with the aid of a microscope and/or dimensionally to assure conformance to requirements.
• Follows established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Completes required documentation.
• Participates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement initiatives
• Cleans and maintains machinery, as necessary.
• Expands skill base through on-the-job training, cross training, job rotations, and classroom instruction.
• Performs other functions as required.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum Experience: Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Special Skills: Ability to read and understand blueprints with training provided.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Work Hours & Salary

This is a first shift position with the hours of 5:30am - 4:00pm Monday through Thursday Salary range for this position is $17.45 - $25.60 per hour #IND1
