• Top 10% national law school or top 1-5% locally from Boyd Law School or completion of a 2-year federal clerkship preferred.
• Proficiency in Word; basic Excel acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transactional and M&A work, incl. schedules and data rooms.
• Advise clients on M&A matters.
• Prepare necessary documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage end-of-year reporting and filings.
• Proofread legal documents.
• Support transactional partners in the office.

Associate M&A Attorney Responsibilities

• Conduct transactional and M&A work, including preparation and review of schedules and data rooms
• Advise clients on M&A matters
• Prepare necessary documentation
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth transactions
• Manage end‑of‑year reporting and filings
• Proofread legal documents
• Support transactional partners in the office

Associate M&A Attorney Requirements

• Active bar membership in Nevada
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in M&A, including transactional work and document preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word; basic Excel skills are acceptable
• Graduating in the top 10% of class from a national law school, or in the top 1%-5% locally from Boyd Law School, or completion of a 2-year federal district court clerkship is preferred
