Clinically upstanding and aesthetically impressive, this mixed Independent Dental Practice is seeking a new Associate Dentist (or Locum Dentist) – close to Woburn Sands! This role is perfect for Associates looking to balance NHS treatments with lucrative private opportunities. The practice is seeking a Dentist wanting easy NHS stability at the core, with a keen and pro-active approach to ethical upselling to private (with extensive clinical support).

About the Position (Permanent):

• 2-5 days per week available – flexible on which to suit your Dental diary! – Sociable working hours
• 1,000 UDAS per day worked per annum
• £12.50 per UDA
• 45% revenue share on private work completed
• Private potential over £40k per month – can demonstrate first-hand how this is achievable with past conversion examples provided
• High earnings can be made within Private crowns, Whitening and Invisalign services
• Motivated individuals eager for CPD and development will be fully supported within this clinic – exceptional learning culture
• Comprehensive upselling training and incentives for private conversion
• Strong focus on building both internal and external referral pathways to promote your special interest Dentistry
• Significant investment in marketing, including a dedicated Marketing Manager

About the Position (Locum):

• Paid per UDA – no UDA Targets
• £15 per UDA
• 45% revenue share on private work completed
• Stable diary
• ASAP and ongoing
