ORIX USA is seeking a Loan Associate to support the internal loan administrative agent team across loan closings, settlements, servicing, and portfolio administration for syndicated and participated loans. The Loan Associate will support the internal loan administrative agent team functional responsibilities including loan closings, settlements, servicing, and portfolio administration for syndicated and participated loan investments across multiple investment strategies, including but not limited to direct and opportunistic asset-based lending, middle market direct lending, growth lending, and NAV lending. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret loan and legal documentation, and a customer service mind‑set focused on effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, borrowers, and lenders to ensure accurate and timely execution across the loan lifecycle.
A successful Loan Associate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and dependable. They ensure loan activity is processed accurately and on time and in compliance with internal policies and procedures, communicate clearly with stakeholders, identify and resolve issues before they escalate, and help strengthen operational processes that support the broader investment and servicing platform.
Annual base salary gross: $75,000 - $85,000 (IL only). The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end of ORIX’s salary for this position based on geography. Actual base salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base pay is one component of ORIX’s total compensation package for employees.
