Live Oak Bank is seeking an Associate Live Oak Express Lending Officer to support end-to-end lending activities, portfolio management, and risk governance across SBA and conventional products. The Associate Live Oak Express Lending Officer will be an integral team member serving the needs of clients. This role will be central and responsible in supporting all end-to-end activities of the business to include sales and growth strategies, business development and prospecting, client deepening activities, risk management, underwriting, operations, servicing, and portfolio management. Additionally, this role will have keen focus on safety and soundness and risk governance. Lastly, this position will serve as a key team member for strategic efforts related to the lending platform buildout and ongoing evolution that will support Live Oak Express and the entire bank.

The base pay range for this position is $56,540.00 - $92,520.00 per year. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy. A candidate’s salary is determined by several factors including travel, relevant work experience or skills and expertise.
