Job summary

Christ's Church of the Valley is seeking an Associate Audio Engineer to support its Central Production Team across campuses, primarily focusing on live audio production.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in a live production environment, demonstrating technical proficiency and a passion for reaching the lost. Responsibilities include acting as the primary FOH Audio Engineer and coaching volunteers. This role requires attending services regularly and active participation in community groups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a live production environment.
• Demonstrates technical competency in console management, audio systems, and standard practices in live audio production.
• Experience mixing FOH, MON, or Broadcast in a live music environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary FOH Audio Engineer for CCV’s High School experience.
• Ensure production environments are patched, clean, labeled, and ready on time.
• Assist in coaching, training, and supporting volunteers and contractors.
