Nbutexas is actively seeking multiple Associate Attorneys to support growth in its Pasadena office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys to gain meaningful litigation experience, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, manage files, and develop into accomplished trial attorneys.

The ideal candidate has civil litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment with hands-on responsibility early in their career.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Desire to develop litigation and trial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned litigation files from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop case strategy with supervising attorneys.
• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial support.
