Job summary

Maron Marvel's devoted attorneys and staff in Houston seek an experienced Associate Attorney for our General Liability and Toxic Tort practices. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of civil litigation experience, a J.D.

from an accredited law school, and Texas licensure. You will manage cases from start to finish in state and federal court, draft pleadings and motions, coordinate with clients and experts, and participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (other states a plus, but not required).
• 4-5 years litigation and Toxic Tort experience in both state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to manage caseload proactively from start to finish.
• Strong work ethic, ability to self-manage and work in a team environment.
• Strong research ability, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to continued client development.

Maron Marvel has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney to join its Houston office. We are seeking an experienced (4-5 years) civil litigator for our General Liability Practice Group and Toxic Tort Practice Group. Successful candidates will have exceptional research, writing, and litigation skills.
