A leading company in vision care is seeking a technology support specialist to assist in enterprise-wide technology management. The role includes system monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration on infrastructure planning and installations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Aid in enterprise–wide technology creation, advancement, and support. Assist in operating software and hardware monitoring tools to maintain optimal functioning of technology systems.
Assist in planning and installing infrastructure across the organization; help maintain infrastructure components.
Support in determining enterprise system requirements, developing test plans, and contributing to project work.
Understand and adhere to system implementation guidelines to ensure system security.
Monitor system performance; perform troubleshooting for simple to moderate issues and determine solutions with minimal assistance.
Contribute to impact analysis related to enterprise-wide technology.
Support system integration, software, and hardware for optimal performance at the enterprise level.
Assist in managing the lifecycle of enterprise technology projects and support ongoing system maintenance and upgrades.
Help develop and maintain computer systems’ software and hardware components.
Continuously monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
Salary Range: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00. Actual salary will depend on experience and other factors. Benefits may include bonuses and commissions. For more info, click here.
