We are hiring an Associate Support Engineer to support customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. This role offers an opportunity for a hands-on engineer eager to learn, passionate about Linux and open source technologies, to work with industry experts at Canonical.
Our support team handles complex technical problems, including cloud environments, desktop and server issues, Linux kernel crashes, OS configuration, and root cause analysis, providing expert support and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering excellent technical support across the full stack—cloud, desktop, and IoT—owning your cases from problem qualification to resolution, and collaborating with colleagues or senior engineers as needed. This is a remote role.
