Job summary

Lane Bryant in Lexington, SC is seeking a part-time Associate to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers with fashion knowledge. You will identify needs, share products and trends, and build trust while supporting store operations and safety.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Merchandise discounts, 401(k) plan, and professional development opportunities are provided based on role and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasional 50 pounds; may climb a ladder when needed.
