Job summary

Lane Bryant Winston-Salem is seeking a friendly associate to create a hospitable store environment and deliver excellent customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help build confidence through wardrobe recommendations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role supports store operations, works a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and contributes to achieving store goals while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient using mobile technology (e.g., Registers and iPad) to engage customers.
• Ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
