Our Global Capital Markets business is comprised of Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Leveraged Finance and Private Credit (LFPC). We advise clients on a broad range of strategic and tactical goals, including capital structure optimization, equity and debt market positioning and issuance, and investor communication strategies. Our client-first, product-agnostic, approach drives high quality transaction outcomes and long-lasting and productive relationships.

LFPC products include leveraged loans, high yield bonds, acquisition and growth financing, corporate debt finance, fund finance, and private credit solutions.

• Associates with experience in corporate credit, investment banking, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Beneficial Experience

• Series 7, 79, SIE, and 63 licenses. Those without these qualifications will be required to obtain them
• Experience in the financial services industry, including familiarity with capital markets, investment banking and corporate finance.

The Assoc Investment Banking is responsible for providing structure, marketing and execution activities supporting senior members of the team. May on a rotational basis provide transactional, statistical analysis and executional support to the team.
