We are seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to support and manage a variety of litigation and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience (in house, law firm, or public sector) with a focus on one or more of the following areas—unfair competition, deceptive trade practices, false advertising, privacy and/or intellectual property law. Experience handling consumer disputes involving terms of service and/or promotional rules is a plus.
We are a small but collaborative Legal Department, and we’re looking for a team player with a strong interest in these areas and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
This is a remote role with preference to the Chicago, Illinois area, but not mandatory.
