Envestnet is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support contract management across procurement, vendor services, IT and technology agreements. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and related documents, partnering with business teams and in-house counsel to mitigate risk and align with corporate policy.
You will manage approvals, monitor deadlines, and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives while ensuring compliance with laws and industry regulations.

You’ll join Envestnet’s Legal & Compliance team, a collaborative group of legal professionals dedicated to supporting the company’s innovative financial technology and wealth management solutions. Working alongside experienced attorneys and business partners, you will help navigate complex commercial agreements, manage legal risk, and support key strategic initiatives across the organization. This team plays a critical role in enabling business growth while maintaining a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and client-focused service.
Provides advice and support across all phases of the contract management lifecycle. Works with business partners and with inhouse legal counsel – providing guidance and advice – to help write, analyze and respond to proposals, negotiate contract terms and identify and mitigate risk. Maintains records of existing and past contracts. Identifies, recommends and implements contract management procedures, policies and business processes.

This role offers a base salary range of$94,600to $118,300. The range listedrepresentsa good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will bedeterminedbased on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location,in accordance withapplicable pay transparency laws.This role is eligible for an additional incentivecomponentas part of the total rewards package.
