We are hiring an Associate Legal Counsel to take a front-line role in our commercial contracting practice, owning customer subscription agreements, data licenses, and vendor contracts end to end. The Team This is a high-volume, high-autonomy role on a small team, reporting to the General Counsel with direct exposure to business leadership. You will work on one of the most actively contested questions in the market right now, how AI systems may and may not use licensed energy data. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Finance, IT, and Security to align legal positions with commercial objectives.
