Role description:

We are seeking a landscape architect with construction design experience across a wide array of project types including housing, retail, resort/hospitality, and mixed-use. This role will be responsible for managing design projects, meeting financial, quality and timeframe objectives, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Role accountabilities:

  1. Perform detailed phases of landscape architectural and urban design work for a project of moderate size and complexity (e.g., a single-structure facility requiring occasional interface and collaboration with various architecture and engineering disciplines)
  2. Design site and prepare working drawings and related project documents
  3. Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
  4. Interact independently with other disciplines

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
  2. CLARB registration and/or licensure in one or more US states
  3. 3-6 years of experience
  4. Experience leading project teams
  5. Successful experience with the management of budgets and contracts

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $65,790- $98,685.

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
