Job summary

R.E.Y. Engineers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Land Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys in Northern California. You will coordinate field/office operations, prepare maps and legal descriptions, and mentor field crews across multiple offices.

The role requires 5–10+ years of surveying experience, California PLS licensure, and strong communication skills. Located in Folsom, CA, this full-time position offers a competitive salary and an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• California PLS license required.
• 5–10+ years of progressive land surveying experience.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and land development surveys.
• Strong knowledge of field-to-finish workflows using GPS, robotic total stations, laser scanning.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation, project estimates, and client communication.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and help strengthen the continued growth of the Pleasanton survey team.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Associate Land Surveyor who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an opportunity to help build and strengthen our growing Folsom office while working on a wide variety of land development and public infrastructure projects throughout Northern California.
