Position Summary

As an Associate Key Account Manager, you will work closely with a seasoned Key Account Manager to develop a qualified sales pipeline in your assigned territory. Your main focus will be prospecting and engaging early-stage priority accounts, laying the groundwork for future revenue. Success is measured by pipeline development, ultimately driving incremental system sales for the Key Account Manager and region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Qualification
    • Execute targeted outreach (in-person, email, phone, social) against prioritized accounts.
    • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
    • Book at least 10 meetings weekly across hospitals, health systems, and clinics.
    • Add 5+ new qualified opportunities quarterly.
  2. Pipeline Development
    • Source and set 20+ additional qualified opportunities annually, supporting 2+ incremental sales.
    • Track and report progress weekly in CRM.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and demand generation activities.
  3. Clinical Validation Events
    • Coordinate logistics for physician validation sessions.
    • Secure participation of at least 3 physicians quarterly in hands-on events.
    • Attend events and gradually lead presentations and demos.
  4. Team Collaboration
    • Partner with KAM, CSM, and Sales Operations on territory planning.
    • Work with Clinical Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
    • Develop call scripts and collateral with Clinical Education and Marketing.
    • Coordinate with Service and Medical Education teams on installation and training.
    • Support key site validation activities.
  5. Professional Development
    • Participate in ride-alongs, coaching, and training.
    • Build product and clinical knowledge to progress toward full Key Account Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of healthcare, capital equipment, or medical device sales experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting and lead generation; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within Columbus / Cleveland, OH.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Remote Work & Pay Transparency

The pay range for this position in California is $55,000—$80,000 USD, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Noah Medical offers remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
