Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks an Associate Key Account Manager to drive Celsius in the Texas Convenience and Grocery channels.

You will support major retail accounts, coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics, and implement national initiatives to grow brand share. The role requires 1–3 years selling consumer products, a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and a proactive, competitive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ selling experience in the consumer products industry (Convenience Channel preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Knowledge of the consumer products industry and how to execute direct sales, order management and logistics.
• Knowledge and experience of internal functions (i.e., Sales Resources, Business Planning, Marketing and Customer Service).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and syndicated data.

Responsibilities

• Support responsibilities for retail accounts in the Texas Market (Kroger-Dallas, Walmart, HEB, Target, 7-11, Circle K Texas).
• Provide account support to grow Celsius share across major retail chains in the Texas Market.
• Support Category Management/IRI team as needed.
• Weekly Tier 1 chain account reporting.
• Deck prep support for account team during heavy planning season.
• Account Support for National Accounts.
• OTF & Tier 3 Support for Pepsi South Central Division.
• Special projects: merchandising, budgeting, Trax, DSD incentives, VIP reporting (account specific).
• Liaison between Sales Group & Trade Marketing to ensure on time execution of Chain Programs.

Reporting to the VP, Key Accounts, the Associate Key Account Manager will play a key role in the development and growth of CELSIUS products in the Convenience and Grocery Channels. This position will contribute to CELSIUS Values and Vision by maximizing long‑term brand volume while achieving annual sales budgets and profit goals. This position has the responsibility to communicate and implement CELSIUS national initiatives, policies, and standards to cross functional groups. Internally, it is imperative that the Associate Key Account Manager communicates our customers’ needs across the CELSIUS structure to develop and implement business building programs.

• 1-3 years’ selling experience in the consumer products industry is required (Convenience Channel preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of bending, lifting, standing, and walking

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job‑related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
