Job summary

Insight is seeking an Associate Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office to complete lab orders within the standard shift. You will verify parts, count quantities, and ensure accuracy before bench work while following Insight ISOPolicies and Procedures.

We value high school graduates with the ability to multitask in a high-volume production environment, and a basic understanding of computer systems. Strong organization and timely communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify/count all parts and quantities listed on each pick list before placing on the bench.
• Continuously check ERP system to unpack the order.
• Follow work instructions to completion and notify manager of non-conforming products or discrepancies.
• Responsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.
• Close out orders by recording tracking information and other pertinent data.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to safety standards.

About the role

Complete all lab ordersassignedwithin thenormalshiftschedule.Understand andcomply withallInsight ISOPoliciesandProcedures. Follow and sign off onwork instructionsonce work effort iscomplete. Submit signed work instructionsto their manager.Each person is accountable for meeting and\orexceeding individual team goals. As an Associate Technician, you will get to:

• Notify manager once work is complete to be assigned next tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• High School Education or equivalent.
• The ability to work in ahigh-volumeproduction environment
• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills
• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints withina timelyfashion
• A basic understanding of computer operating systems.
• Mustpossessgoodproblem-solvingskills
• Knowledge SAP preferred
• Ability to adhere totight (SLA)Service Level Agreements.
• Willingness to learn on the go.
