Citi’s Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory business is seeking an Investment Banker at the Associate level to join the Power Investment Banking Group. The Associate will be a key player in executing Citi’s Investment Banking business. The individual will leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities and contribute to building Citi’s Power franchise. The individual should have strong functional skills in major areas of investment banking and demonstrate the ability to become a seasoned Banker capable of generating and executing transactions independently.

Responsibilities:

• Creating financial analyses (building financial models, valuation analyses, merger modeling, corporate finance solutions, etc.)
• Assisting with client development (coordinating data with clients, assisting in presenting new ideas)
• Working on teams (coordinating with team members, delivering projects on deadlines)
• Tracking business development (research, industry trend analysis)
