Job summary

You will be a core member of transaction teams, taking ownership of financial analysis and execution work while helping senior bankers develop ideas and engage with clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on M&A, financing and strategic advisory assignments involving outsourced pharmaceutical services, medical devices and equipment, and related healthcare businesses. You will translate sector research and operating assumptions into valuation analyses, transaction materials and client recommendations, while guiding Analysts and working directly with senior bankers, clients and other advisors.
