Job summary

Titan Partners in New York seeks an Associate to join our Investment Banking team who will be responsible for private and public capital market transactions, managing deal processes, and providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients on the Titan Partners platform.

The role involves executing transactions, conducting thorough financial analyses, coordinating due diligence, and structuring deals while addressing market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related field preferred
• SIE, Series 79 & 63 preferred
• Proficient in building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and interpreting financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other market analysis software

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with seamless transaction execution including equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory matters
• Perform research and various financial analyses in support of new business generation as well as ongoing support of current clients
• Manage and coordinate industry and company-specific due diligence activities in support of new business generation as well as live transactions
• Assist in structuring transactions and providing creative solutions to meet client objectives while considering both market conditions and regulatory requirements
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional service while considering evolving client and firm needs

• Licenses / Certifications: SIE, Series 79 & 63 preferred
• Financial Modeling Skills: Proficient in building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and interpreting financial statements
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex financial concepts succinctly and effectively
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other market analysis software
