The role involves working on sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements and equity and debt financings within the Investment Banking Group, located in [location].

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in sell-side, buy-side, and advisory M&A engagements.
2. Create pitch materials.
3. Oversee due diligence processes.
4. Lead preparation of offering documentation and materials.
5. Assist in executing equity and debt financings, including public offerings, private placements, and PIPE transactions.
6. Collaborate with senior bankers to ensure timely transaction execution.
7. Support new business development, including client identification, pitch delivery, and marketing at industry events.
8. Coordinate with Equity Research, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, and Legal teams.
9. Mentor junior team members and foster team relationships.

Qualifications:
