Job summary

Averro is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate for aerospace manufacturing. The role focuses on receiving, inventory control, and forklift operation to support logistics and production.

You will perform cycle counts, manage WMS records, pick/pack/ship, and comply with OSHA/PPE. The schedule includes 45–50 hours weekly, with up to 55 hours available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fulfillment center experience, including receiving, inventory counting, and packing/shipping.
• Certified forklift experience; strong math skills and ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.
• High school diploma or equivalent; able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments; load and unload trucks and containers
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; keep accurate WMS records and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment; store materials in designated locations
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers (PIT) while following OSHA and PPE protocols
• Schedule requires 45-50 hours per week, with up to 55 hours available

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Associate for an aerospace manufacturer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in receiving, inventory control, and forklift operation looking to further their career in aerospace manufacturing and logistics.
