Farmers Insurance - Team North Star is seeking ambitious individuals to build their own book of business from day one and develop the skills to lead your own agency. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support from an experienced district team, with no prior insurance experience required beyond drive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Compensation includes commission-based earnings with bonuses and incentives, a base salary, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, & Health insurance licenses.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable commute to the office daily.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own book of business with direct stake from day one.
• Lead and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area.
• Receive paid licensing, mentorship, and ongoing district support to grow toward agency leadership.
