Help support the successful installation and implementation of patient monitoring solutions across healthcare systems nationwide. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Associate Install Project Manager to coordinate installation activities, support customer communication, and help ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with customer expectations. This is a field‑based, home‑office role supporting customer installations throughout the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage multiple patient monitoring installation projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations
• Develop and maintain project schedules related to hardware delivery, software implementation, installation activities, and customer training
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, ensuring clear communication between customer stakeholders and internal teams
• Partner closely with Clinical, Service, Sales, Technical Support, and other cross‑functional teams to support installation planning and go‑live readiness
• Conduct ongoing project status meetings with both customers and internal stakeholders to track deliverables, timelines, and open action items
• Provide regular project updates and status reporting to leadership
• Help troubleshoot installation challenges and collaborate across teams to identify solutions and alternative paths forward when needed
• Support project continuity and provide backup coverage for other project managers when necessary
• Assist with coordinating external vendors and third‑party resources tied to installation activities
• Build strong working relationships with hospital staff, vendors, and internal teams to help drive successful project execution

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 1 year of project management experience within a healthcare environment preferred
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with external customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
• Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources and drive project progress
• Ability to understand technical information related to healthcare products, software, service, and installation processes
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
