Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a quality inspector in Salt Lake City, UT to perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of components and finished medical devices. You will run tests with automated and manual equipment, ensure adherence to SOPs, and document results in device history records.

The role requires basic English proficiency, accuracy, and teamwork in a clean-room manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of components and/or finished medical device products using tools such as magnifying lamp, microscope, and vision inspection system to ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Perform functional testing of finished medical device products using automated and manual valve testing equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications.
• Follow and perform job functions in compliance with SOPs and work instructions; record traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE.
• Verify manufacturing documents against component and device drawings.
