What You’ll Actually Do
- Engage: Participate in a 24-month rotational program designed to immerse you in project-based initiatives and operational assignments across various IT functions.
- Rotate: Gain direct experience in diverse areas such as enterprise agile deployment, architecture, technology improvement, and cybersecurity.
- Contribute: Support critical business operations through rotations in finance, supply and demand planning, warehouse management, and transportation management.
- Develop: Work on initiatives related to omnichannel, customer relationship management, pricing, quoting, order management, and digital products and platforms.
- Collaborate: Contribute to DevSecOps efforts, working directly under IT leaders and alongside peer mentors to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.
The Must-Haves
- Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, such as Information Technology or Information, with a minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
- Experience: Prior internship experience in a business-related field is required.
- Skills: Superior technical skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and effective collaboration using Microsoft Teams.
- Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bonus: A strong entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for achieving results, and the ability to travel between 0% and 25% for business needs.
