Our team at DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Designer to identify trends and translate them into market-ready products.

You will collaborate with design leadership to apply color stories and CMF across programs, ensuring designs are manufacturable and brand-aligned. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Industrial Design with 3–5 years of experience, including OEM/consultancy experience, and comfort with tech packs, PLM, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with OEM or consultancy environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with CMF, color development, and tech pack processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify product and aesthetic trends within the market.
• Collaborate with design leadership on color palettes and trends.
• Design and develop products based on project briefs and FOB goals.
• Support sourcing with clarifications of tech packs and factory feedback.
• Review samples, approve lab dips and color approvals, and manage execution collateral.
