Job Description
The Associate Improvement and Performance Enhancement Consultant works as a member of the Improvement team within Epiq. Responsibilities include driving process improvement initiatives, change management activities, standardization and integration projects, and performing data analysis to influence organizational behavior. The role acts as a change agent across teams to identify high-impact areas and support solution implementation for positive business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess Epiq operations both in-person and virtually.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate data to identify patterns and validate process performance.
- Support complex process improvement workshops.
- Lead root cause analysis meetings.
- Support operational excellence initiatives.
- Assist in creating KPIs for operational scorecards.
- Participate in incident management activities.
- Identify issues and trends that indicate improvement opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on SOPs.
- Act as a change agent, leveraging influencing skills gained from continuous improvement experience.
- Build collaborative relationships with business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Align with strategic goals, focusing on reducing redundancy, enhancing client satisfaction, and increasing efficiency using LEAN & Six Sigma tools.
- Develop cost-benefit measures for new or redesigned processes.
- Analyze and present business results to leadership teams.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on continuous improvement methodologies.
- Support change management communications.
Requirements
- Experience in continuous improvement and operational support preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across organizational levels and manage projects under tight deadlines.
- Self-directed with initiative.

- Lean Six Sigma certifications.
- Project Management certifications.
- TQM background.
- BPO experience.
- Change Management certifications.
