HALO is looking for an Associate Implementation Project Manager responsible for the support of HALO Program Implementations. Projects include operational account setup, documentation, task tracking and other tech-related onboarding projects. This role will be responsible for utilizing internal and external resources to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and financial success of each project.

Responsibilities
  • Asset and document management related to new Implementations
  • Web tickets for new quick-turn projects
  • Draft overall scope and schedule of new Implementations in collaboration with Manager
  • Collaboration with internal teams on deliverables
  • Clear, concise communication
  • Relationship owner with client stakeholder
  • Coordinate assets and product information from end users and cross functional teams
  • Identifies and creates process documentation for internal teams and end users
  • Organize, execute and recap internal meetings and client conversations to set action items and future deliverables
