Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape a portfolio of occupier products (Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager) and new offerings. You will work with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions for lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, and accounting compliance for clients worldwide.

The role emphasizes data quality, integration challenges, and value creation through collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital Product Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with internal stakeholders to execute objectives.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CoStar Real Estate Manager and/or Visual Lease products.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to help shape the future of our portfolio of corporate occupier products (Visual Lease, CoStar Real Estate Manager, and new products that you will assist in building). Success in this role means delivering seamless customer experiences through strong technical collaboration, subject matter expertise, thoughtful prioritization and relentless focus on data quality. You’ll support the end-to-end development (in collaboration with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers) of innovative solutions that support lease portfolio strategy, real estate transaction management, lease administration and accounting compliance for thousands of companies around the world.

This position is full-time in the office and based in Iselin, New Jersey or Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Interest in building data-powered user experiences
• Passion for leveraging new technologies like AI, automation or predictive analytics to enhance product capabilities
• Experience using research tools such as LogRocket, Maze or Dovetail
• Excitement for moving quickly on new ideas and seeing projects through

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Base Compensation: $94,000.00 - $126,000.00 Annually
