The Law Office of Ingrid Echeverria is seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in removal defense to join our firm in West New York, NJ. This in-person role involves representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and at USCIS and ICE appearances.

We value strong legal research and writing, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in New Jersey or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• At least one year of experience handling removal defense cases.
• Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain organized case files.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff to best serve clients.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
