Position Summary

This position maintains HVAC systems in select buildings on Ft Sam Houston, inspecting AC units and replacing filters. Support our mission to change lives through the power of work.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Change air conditioning filters according to schedule.
  • Segregate filters by location and building numbers.
  • Inspect AC units and document findings.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop ventilation ducts.
  • Follow all safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding professionally to questions or concerns.
Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a secret security clearance.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months of related experience or equivalent education/training.
  • Customer service skills, conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
  • Physical ability to meet job requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to travel if driving during work.
