Qualifications

• Experience with HR data, metrics, and workforce data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to execute people strategies.
• Provide day-to-day HR partnership on employee relations and performance.
• Coach managers on employee development and engagement.
• Support talent management, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decisions.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
