Amazon is seeking a dynamic Associate Investigator to join the Worldwide Operations Human Resources team in Arlington, VA. You will investigate sensitive HR and employee relations issues, interview participants, analyze data from internal systems, and propose remedial actions.

Responsibilities

Investigate highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues, including interviews; analyze data from internal systems; adjudicate cases; propose remedial action; document investigations.
Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitively.
Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, Legal teams, and 3rd Party Vendors on complex employee investigations.
Work reactively on crisis-oriented employee relations issues with limited time; balance project work and crisis response.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for WW Ops employees.
