Medline Industries, LP is seeking an Associate HR Generalist to support HR services onsite. The role requires flexibility across a multi‑shift operation, with a Monday–Friday schedule and hours 10am–7pm. You will assist with HR policy guidance, employee relations, onboarding, training needs, and HR reporting.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and relevant HR support experience, with up to 25% travel. PHR or SPHR certifications are preferred.

The Associate HR Generalist supports HR and management in delivery of HR services. Under supervision, the Associate HRG provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. In addition, this individual serves as contact for employees and answers questions regarding HR policies and procedures. The Associate HRG also ensures the organization’s current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is implemented effectively.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00 annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.

Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for full benefits.
