We are looking for an Associate HR Analyst, to join the Human Resources team in Manila, supporting our APAC markets. This is an early‑career position that plays a key operational role supporting our Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs), ensuring our people processes run smoothly across multiple markets.

You will work closely with the Regional HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), People Service Delivery (PSD), and business leaders across the region, contributing to a seamless employee experience and helping turn people priorities into action. You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow‑up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem‑solving. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Manila, with three days per week in the office.
