About the Firm

Stockdale Capital Partners is a vertically integrated real estate investment firm with a 30-year history of acquiring, developing, and managing commercial real estate assets across the Western United States. With approximately $2.8 billion in assets under management (AUM), Stockdale focuses on value-add and opportunistic investments across multiple asset classes, including hospitality, healthcare, office, and retail properties.

Stockdale has made significant investments in the hospitality sector, including the InterContinental Houston, a 354-key luxury hotel located in the heart of the Texas Medical Center, and The Marker Hotel in San Francisco, a 208-room boutique property near Union Square and the Moscone Convention Center. Additionally, Stockdale owns The Source Hotel in Denver's vibrant RiNo Arts District, a boutique property known for its rooftop restaurant and attached food hall featuring notable restaurants including Temaki Den and Safta. Today, Stockdale owns seven hotels in total, and we seek to meaningfully grow the portfolio.

Having just raised its second opportunistic fund, Stockdale is poised for significant growth in the years ahead. The individual hired into this role will be a key part of the growth of the firms hospitality platform.

  • Coordinate with third parties, including hotel management companies, franchisors, lenders, and vendors.
  • Conduct financial analyses, such as revenue management reviews, portfolio sensitivities, and performance benchmarking.
  • Monitor compliance with loan agreements, franchise contracts, property improvement plans, and other critical documents.
  • Participate in the due diligence process for acquisitions and developments, including market research, underwriting, and risk assessments.
