The role requires four+ years of relevant experience, JD degree, and bar admission. You will lead matters, draft complex agreements, and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences law.
• Experience with healthcare providers and digital health companies.
• Bar admission in good standing (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and CCPA/CPRA.
• Provide guidance on AI laws and healthcare fraud and abuse regulations.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
